• This 30-Day Return Policy applies to item(s) purchased directly on www.hobbycurrency.com.
• This 30-Day return period begins the day the order was delivered to the “Ship To” address on your Hobbycurrency Order. (The delivery date is confirmed by the Hobbycurrency provided tracking number associated to your order)
• A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns. Return Authorization Numbers are obtained by contacting our customer service team directly via Email: pas dispo pout le moment .
• Return items must be shipped within 15 days of issuance of your Return Authorization unless otherwise arranged.
• Items must be returned in their original condition. If there are issues with your order, such as damage of any kind, wrong items received, missing items, or other unsatisfactory conditions, the buyer is responsible for alerting Hobbycurrency within 10 days of order delivery. Hobbycurrency will require photos of the item(s) before authorizing a solution.
• THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. We find that USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail is usually the least expensive shipping method. Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product and applicable state sales tax only. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
• Please make sure to repackage your order properly, Hobbycurrency will not be responsible for any shipping damages that accrue in transit.
• For international returns only; if an order is returned due to a refused delivery or import/customs charges, a $25 restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.

Hobby Currency’s Shipping Policy
Shipping Hours and Processing Times:
Hobby Currency processes orders Monday – Friday
Orders placed outside these processing hours – such as weekends or holidays – will be scheduled to ship the next business day. Shipping or processing delays may occur during promotional periods or holidays.
Tracking:
Once the label for your order is created, your tracking number will be sent automatically to the e-mail associated with your order. Please Note: Your tracking details may take up to 24 hours to show in-transit.
Shipping Terms:
Once we receive your order, our Shipping Team will begin working on your order right away. If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping details, please alert us immediately by emailing us at Email a venir . Once an order is shipped, we can not make any changes to the order.
If you placed two separate orders and wish to combine them, you will need to request this by either emailing us at Email a venir. We do not combine orders automatically.
If an order is returned to Hobby Currency due to wrong, insufficient, misspelled address, or other shipping information errors, Hobby Currency will offer a resolution for the undelivered order. The buyer is responsible for all reshipment costs. If a customer cannot be reached after the 3rd attempt, Hobby Currency will process the order as a return and refund the purchase price.
United States (Domestic) :
Free Shipping via USPS is offered for every order. Expedited shipping is available for purchase at checkout.
USA Standard Transit Times by carrier are as follows
1. USPS First Class (3-7 Business Days) $29.99 up to $2000 = Free Shipping

International:
Due to limitations out of our control, Hobby Currency does not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Malaysia, Macedonia, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Romania, Vietnam, and Yemen.
International Shipping Options are limited. Our International Shipping Options are subject to change without notice.
Import Duties, Taxes, and/or Customs Fees are not included with your order. All charges will be billed by the carrier and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please Note: A refused delivery will result in a $25.00 Restocking Fee. Please review our Return Policy for more details on returns.
